Surely you are right,
For of course it is your life,
But what if you are wrong,
As one part of you has felt all along,
In all you should stop worrying,
Because either way you will go far,
You’ll sort it out,
Of that you have no doubt,
Your worry is a string,
Holding you from having fun,
And what is life worth living,
If you’re not believing,
In yourself,
And in true love,
For you and your love,
Should come far above,
Any other obstacle,
Giving reason for depression,
So please forget regret,
Don’t let yourself be upset.

Care
When you ignore me I feel unloved,
I feel a pain inside,
And it seems that there is no one,
In which I can confide.
So I’ll stay quiet,
I won’t complain,
I’ll let days and nights pass,
With tears in vain.
There’s going to come a point,
When I just can’t take it anymore,
I’ll have to make a change,
Find someone that cares more.
I feel a pain inside,
And it seems that there is no one,
In which I can confide.
So I’ll stay quiet,
I won’t complain,
I’ll let days and nights pass,
With tears in vain.
There’s going to come a point,
When I just can’t take it anymore,
I’ll have to make a change,
Find someone that cares more.
What You Put A Girl Through
Do you know,
What you put a girl through,
Doing that to her,
Oh, if only you knew.
You singled her out,
Pushed her away,
Made her feel alone,
Each painstaking day.
Do you know,
What you put a girl through,
Doing that to her,
Oh, if only you knew.
You spread rumours,
Horrible lies,
The pain she was taking,
You’ll never realise.
Do you know,
What you put a girl through,
Doing that to her,
Oh, if only you knew.
You got her down,
Made her feel low,
Why you had to do it all,
She’ll never really know.
Do you know,
What you put a girl through,
Doing that to her,
Oh, if only you knew.
What stopped her pain,
You haven’t a clue,
But it’s that she realised,
How much better she is than you.
Do you know,
What you put a girl through,
Doing that to her,
Oh, if only you knew.
She called you her friends,
And you called her yours,
But then it all changed,
Out came your claws.
Do you know,
What you put a girl through,
Doing that to her,
Oh, if only you knew.
Now she no longer cares,
You get no more fun,
All her pain for your tiny pleasure,
But why was she the one?
Do you know,
What you put a girl through,
Doing that to her,
Oh, if only you knew.
What you put a girl through,
Doing that to her,
Oh, if only you knew.
You singled her out,

Goodnight, my love
I hope you're all tucked up in bed,
So you can rest your sleepy head,
Have sweet dreams of me n' you,
And I will dream of us too,
So turn out the light,
Sleep well and goodnight,
'Cause I love you,
You know it's true.
So you can rest your sleepy head,
Have sweet dreams of me n' you,
And I will dream of us too,
So turn out the light,
Sleep well and goodnight,
'Cause I love you,
You know it's true.

Make My Dreams Come True
Where ever this life takes me,
I will still be myself,
Whether I make it or not,
To where I want to be,
I'm going to be me.
I have a fake confidence,
About what I plan to do,
Maybe I'll wake up one day,
Truly as confident as I can pretend,
Knowing I'll make it in the end.
Yet perhaps I'm just terrified,
Scared of what's to come,
Unsure of my future,
So terrified of the failure I may face,
That I cannot face my fear.
The way you put things,
You seem to want to crush my dreams,
Yet you should be the one,
Helping me through,
Helping me to make my dreams come true.
I will still be myself,
Whether I make it or not,
To where I want to be,
I'm going to be me.
I have a fake confidence,
About what I plan to do,
Maybe I'll wake up one day,
Truly as confident as I can pretend,
Knowing I'll make it in the end.
Yet perhaps I'm just terrified,
Scared of what's to come,
Unsure of my future,
So terrified of the failure I may face,
That I cannot face my fear.
The way you put things,
You seem to want to crush my dreams,
Yet you should be the one,
Helping me through,
Helping me to make my dreams come true.

She'd Been Crying
And I wonder,
Could you tell she'd been crying,
That she was covering that fact,
That that smile was lying?
I wonder would you realise,
The pain she was feeling,
Would you see past that laugh,
To the hurt she was concealing?
Would you know,
Would you realise,
Tell me do you see,
The pain in her eyes?
Could you tell she'd been crying,
That she was covering that fact,
That that smile was lying?
I wonder would you realise,
The pain she was feeling,
Would you see past that laugh,
To the hurt she was concealing?
Would you know,
Would you realise,
Tell me do you see,
The pain in her eyes?

Writing is Best
Each time I get down,
And I'm feeling low,
And I feel the need to tell,
My tragic tale of woe,
I turn to pen and paper,
Or to keyboard and friend,
In the real world,
Or whether it's all pretend,
It has to be told somehow,
I've got to be freed,
And it's better to write it down,
Than out, to let it bleed.
And I'm feeling low,
And I feel the need to tell,
My tragic tale of woe,
I turn to pen and paper,
Or to keyboard and friend,
In the real world,
Or whether it's all pretend,
It has to be told somehow,
I've got to be freed,
And it's better to write it down,
Than out, to let it bleed.
