Dreaming/Lonely

My dreams overcome me,
Like I'm treading water,
I'm treading thoughts in my head,
Just out of my depth,
I need someone taller,
There to take me in their arms,
So I can relax,
And think clearly,
Not struggling for breath,
But tonight I am alone,
Just myself on my bed,
I'm thinking and I'm dreaming,
Flying over oceans in my mind,
And longing for my flight,
To be reality,
